Principal of R. Saunder Architects Ltd., Mr. Saunder has been practising architecture for the past 40 years and has Canadian as well as International architectural experience. He is a Registered Architect in Alberta, a member of the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada and the Alberta Association of Architects.

Mr. Saunder has extensive experience in Real Estate including commercial and residential re-zoning, appraisals, redevelopment and advice on all types of mortgage financing, property management, leasing of commercial spaces and site, and construction arbitration and dispute resolution.

Mr. Saunder has worked on several large institutional project design competitions in West Germany, and won top design awards which were mentioned in a West German Publication called “Werk-Bericht” - Bauten Und Entwerfe 1952-1980, published by Bruno Lambert, Ratingen, West Germany.
